The nature of work to be carried out was as follows:

• The safe dismantling for re-sale of 22 number critical bins
• The safe dismantling for re-sale of one outloading hopper
• The safe dismantling of access stairs and catwalks
• The safe dismantling for re-sale of both top and bottom conveyors along with any associated grain handling equipment.
• The work was completed in 2 weeks, which was 1 week ahead of schedule.
