Turf Watering System - Sudbury Rugby Club

This project is to supply, deliver and install a turf watering system for new pitches at Sudbury Rugby Club.  The project consists of:

- Irrimec mini-hosereel irrigator

- Above ground water storage tank - holding capacity 100,000 litres

- Underground mains pipework c/w hydrants

- Pump with control panel

- Borehole pump for water abstraction - by others.

The idea behind the system is that water abstracted from the borehole is stored in the above ground tank, and, when required, this is then pumped out of the tank, through the underground mains to various positions around the new ground where a travelling sprinkler will be attached.
