The nature of work to be carried out was as follows:

• To strip old asbestos sheeting and re-sheet the gable end with natural grey fibre cement sheeting.
• Lay block work to either side of the personnel door and roller shutter door.
• Supply and install USB's and steel angles ready for the installation of a personnel door and roller shutter door.
• Supply and install fibre cement flashing.
• Supply and install a steel personnel door.
• Supply and install a galvanised roller shutter door.
• Move the internal electrical point from the side of the building to the gable end.
