Airflow - are you getting airflow through your grain and how can you tell?  We offer Airflow Meters which you simply place on top of your grain to measure the flow of air.  Airflow meters can be used to detect problem areas in the stored crop.

What can you do if you have a problem in store - we offer the Grain Butler.

The Grain Butler is a portable, self propelled stirrer which blends and stirs the grain improving air flows and therefore increasing drying rates.  It is available in either three or single phase and comes complete with an auger varying in length from 1-4m.

Alternatively you may find that your fans are not working at their optimum performance - 10ft/3m deep 4"SWG or 12ft/3.6m deep 5" SWG - this can be measured using a Dial Indicating Manometer.

In addition you could install a modulating gas burner which ensures effective drying 24 hours with drying rates of up to 0.5% moisture extraction per 24 hours.
