 What can Turbodan do for you?
So what can it dry - Grain crops, rape, seed, corn (maize), potatoes…. virtually anything having a light and live constituency.
Start your combine before the dew evaporates from your crop and Turbodan will easily remove it for you. The result is your combine will become far more effective. Long before your neighbours harvest is complete you will have finished, creating the perfect opportunity to contract dry his crop using a system which is truly mobile and entirely free of fixed installations – drying can even be performed in the middle of the field!
The stirrers provide effective circulation of the crop turning it up to 6 times every hour. Although there is no actual cleaning process a substantial volume of impurities will be discharged through the drying process due to the high air capacities produced by the fan.
The Turbodan is the successor to the Farrell and is manufactured in Denmark. There are three models available, TD-15, TD-18 and TD-25. Based on a hot air temperature of 100-120 degrees (DNQ Wheat) and a cooling time of approximately 30 minutes you can expect to achieve between 4-5% moisture extraction per load within a 2 hour period – allowing for loading and unloading.
